The movies above include an audio commentary track by Michael Franco which explains the different types of restorations and repairs that can be accomplished on your photos. Please be patient during the download which can take up to a minute. After viewing the examples, you'll have a great idea of what it will take to restore your own photos.
Pull your relatives out of the shadows at a sunny pool.
This technique also works great with flash pictures that illuminate the wrong subject
Our photo restoration skills can be used on almost any image. We can scan it for you, or you can send us a digital file.
Old snapshots come back to life. Remove scratches, repair tears, change backgrounds, remove objects or people.
Transform 35mm slides into great looking prints.
Get crazy....put a funny hat on Aunt Jo, make a baseball card from your son's first-at-bat. We can take the telephone poles out of that otherwise absolutely beautiful picture of your house....or the car out of the driveway.
Ask us about any idea you have for changing or improving a photo...if we have the know-how, we'll tell you.
Take a ripped photo out of the bottom of your box of pictues and send it to us. You'll be amazed at the fine image we can pull out of a faded, torn, scratched original.
The image at the left was in bad shape. Large scratches were repaired, the upper left corner was reconstructed and the background was recreated. We can do this for your photos as well.
We know there is nothing more precious to you than your old photo memories. Until they have been digitized, they are extremely vulnerable to damage. Although we treat EVERY print with the ultimate care, we know you are still wary of sending them through the mail to us. If you prefer to send a digital copy, you can scan them yourself or take them to a local FedEx/Kinko's to have it done. If scanning yourself, please scan all images at 300dpi (dots per inch) minimum. If they are very small (less than 3x5) or very damaged, higher is better. You can email your digital scans (jpeg, bmp, psd, tiff) to email@example.com.
